There were times when I was alone,

Times, when I have loved.

There were times when I had faltered,

Times, when I strove.

Times when I have thought alike,

And times, when I have disagreed.

Times, when I crossed the limits of insanity with my peers,

Times, when I grieved the sourness in relationships.

There were times when I lay absolute faith in someone dear,

And there were times when I cried in despair.

I feel contrite to recall;

The times when I had sinned.

Times, when I hurt others,

Times, when I had lied to my kin.

There were times when I was selfish,

And times, when I treated circumstances unjustly.

Times, times and times;

Only to realize that,

All those times when I had laughed, cried or shouted,

Without any appeal to reason and rationality,

Those were the times when I was human and more importantly me!
